with Smart Choice Home Healthcare is a simple and convenient process.
When you’re ready, give us a Call at 216-230-9245 and a staff coordinator will meet with you and your loved one for your FREE in depth evaluation of their needs and lifestyle. You will be advised on the available home care options, payment arrangements, and other particulars related to their care plan. Your loved ones needs and wishes will be carefully matched with a caregiver and schedule to help improve their quality of life. Prior to the start of services, you will be given a chance to meet the caregivers or a set of caregiver candidates to choose from. In an event that your care plan needs to be adjusted, we are there for any changes you need. We also provide monthly assessments with our Registered Nurse Care plan.
We also offer caregiver training for family, and friends. Our Nurse aide and Home health aide training is available for those wishing to care for your love one or those who wish to join the healthcare field.
