We take careful notes of each visit and alert you regarding any changes or concerns regarding your loved one. Our services are affordable, available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and our staff continually refines your loved ones personal care plan to ensure that they are enjoying the very best quality of life possible.

Whether you need care in the morning or only at night, our team will be happy to adjust. We can arrange for AM Care, PM Care, Round-the-Clock Care and intermittent visits as necessary. We can also provide home care staff at any day of the week all year long.

Home Care Evaluation for FREE
We do not charge you for the Home Care Evaluation that is conducted by a registered nurse or a care coordinator. Such is necessary to ensure that you receive the level of care that is required to preserve your very best health.
Professional Staff
Our homecare professionals are directly hired under Smart Choice Home Healthcare and they receive training before they are deployed as well as during the course of their assignments. We encourage our team members to undergo continuing education which will make them even better care providers to your family.
Periodic Care Plan Adjustments
From time to time, we will conduct an evaluation of your health and your response to the existing care plan. If needed, we will adjust your care plan to accommodate any changes or improvements in your health.
